Raviteja proved ‘Mass Maharaja’ with the successful running of ‘Mirapakay’ released during Sankranti season this year pipping ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ of Balakrishna.

Though ‘Golconda High School’ and ‘Alaa Modalayindi’ also earned a positive talk, collection-wise ‘Mirapakay’ is a step ahead. While enjoying the success of ‘Mirapakay’, Raviteja became busy with the project on hand ‘Veera’, produced by Ganesh Indukuri and directed by Ramesh Varma.

At this juncture, director Gunasekhar had come forward to direct a film with Raviteja titled ‘Nippu’.

The speciality of the film is that YVS Choudary, a popular director is likely to produce the movie. As per the indications, the film is likely to go to sets in March this year.

It is worth mentioning here that Gunasekhar had earlier announced a film with the title ‘Katti’, which was reportedly snatched by Nandamuri Kalyanram.

After the success of ‘Okkadu’, Gunasekhar failed to give any it film and his films like ‘Sainikudu’ and ‘Varudu’ were proved disasters. Now, Gunasekhar is banking on the mass image of the ‘Mass Maharaja’.
